Do you offer shipping protection?

While we do not offer shipping protection, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us by email with a photo so we can assist with a claim. Please note that once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for delays, mis deliveries, or stolen packages. We are only able to assist with damage claims supported by photo evidence.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process and ship orders the same day if placed before 12 PM EST. Due to our fast processing times, we’re unable to cancel or modify orders once they’ve been submitted before the cutoff. If your order was placed after 12 PM EST, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Do you ship Internationally?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. However, it's something we hope to offer in the future as we grow!

We ship with USPS or UPS.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders are typically processed and shipped the same day if placed before 12 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.

Standard shipping usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and shipping details. You can use this information to track your package directly through the carrier’s website.
